I am on mission to help people leverage their experience and expertise to make their bigger impact in the world while enjoying a well-integrated life.  We all deserve to unlock the extraordinary joy, fulfilment and freedom that comes from making our diffenence in the world! 

I am a Corporate Exec turned Entrepreneur over 16 years ago. I honored to be changing lives every day as a coach, trainer and speaker.  I am Momma of 4 and Grammy of 2 of my favotire humans.  Like motherhood, entrepreneurship has been hard work and huge investments of my time, heart, energy, and resources.   IT IS SO WORTH IT!    (FYI - being a Grammy is easy 😊).

Like most of us, there have been many unexpected detours on my life's journey.  I know how these challenges leave us with fears, self-doubt and overwhelm when building our business.  I HAVE BEEN THERE
